How to remove all vowels or letters what I want in a string?

Well... I want to create a vowel remover using python...

I have it:

myvar = input()
print(myvar)

So... I should do anything between the first and the second code line...
What I do to remove all the vowels in any string that I wrote in input? For example "Hello"
