WP Theme: Send Messages Without Requiring User Login

Question

Hi,
I am in the middle of creating a real estate website on wordpress.

The theme is requiring a website visitor to login in order to contact an agent, arrange a veiwing or send an enquiry message.

I have a good understanding of HTML and CSS but i think this issue requires PHP.

Can anyone please tell me if it is a complicated thing to fix/ how i would go about it?
I can send the file code (i think i know which file it is) if you need it.
