Xamarin or Android

Question

I want to make some applications for Android/IOS, and i dont know which is the "best" way to make that, like should i go to Xamarin or Android, i know the Xamarin is cross platform, but and when i make app for one OS i can easly implement for others but how much is "price" for that, whether the application will be much slower, or can i make the same think in Xamarin like in Android studio (UI, logic etc..)?

Xamarin is very nice ! Faster than Android Studio for sure !
