why I can’t connect to the server of SoloLearn?

I found that I can’t connect to the server of SoloLearn. Though I live in China, I can still use google, with the SoloLearn app broken. Anyone else also meets this problem?

i dont know why i can enter this interface in this app, but i cant download the code guide course.
