CSS3 Is not the latest right? Or am I missing something

CSS3 is the latest version, although at the same time you can say no. Currently CSS is divided into modules that are incorporated into browsers or recommended by w3c.

This means that new modules have been added to the latest CSS specification, without these representing a new version. Under this concept it is very unlikely that a new version will be seen, although the language will always have new features.
