What is your experience with finding a job/Gig so far?

Question

Many greetings fellow coders.
Here is my experience so far after 2months and 2 thorough interviews of java and Ruby.
- Practical code tests to see your language proficiency with algorith
- SOLID principles /Architectures/Frameworks
- Testing - You must know migration tests in ruby and continuous integrations in team environments too.
- Database development
- Ability to identify bugs fast. (my first interview was all about identifying bugs).
