Just Want some clarification about why are jQuery Codes not working?

When we go to jQuery Course, all the examples of jQuery are not running. They are showing errors.
My code too is showing error. Why is this happening?

Akash Pal mabye try moving the jQuery code to a script element inside the body element instead of the JS tab.

Maybe your Android version is quite old and it does not support Jquery

jQuery 3.1.1 version is old maybe that's why it has some compatibility issues.
Try newest version.

from your browser, to check jQuery loading.
