What’s the difference b/w #developer and programmer . Also what are the courses needed for them

I think you'll find that most developers/programmers will see these terms as equivalent, but that there are subtle differences to non-technical human resources staff. If you like working with the big picture, you may benefit from advertising yourself as a developer. If you prefer spending more time making changes to the code base directly, you may benefit from advertising yourself as a programmer. It's less about required courses and more about marketing shenanigans.
