i am looking for a free version of cookiebot, do you know a system that works as cookiebot?

Personally, I think it would be better to pay for one and make sure that in the contract, the company providing you with the GDPR-compliant software indemnifies you if you are found to be non-GDPR-compliant (provided that you use their software as directed of course).
