Best framework for web developers ???

hello there , i'm a web developer , I just started learning html,css,php and sql last week and I feel good about myself coding , when I discovered LARAVEL , it's a popular framework which uses routes, blades, etc. and it make coding a lot easier than it used to be , and I was wondering what's the best framework for web developers ??? I believe that laravel is the best , what about you ? would you recommend me some?

It depends.. if you use php, I think the bests are Symfony and Laravel... if you like more js should use Vue.js, Angular or react...

vue.js in case u need to know y coz it doesn't have much cons considered to other frame works but mostly angular js is much used one

I think it's about the option and the coding style that each framework uses , I'm thinking about learning js soon does it replace php ??
