WordPress or HTML Website?

Question

Having learned HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap (Basically web technologies), would creating a WordPress website be considered as bending low?

Assess what you require for your website overall. After assessing the specifications of your project, you'll want to ask yourself some questions. Does WordPress support the overall vision I have for my site? If not, then create one from the ground up that fully supports what you're trying to do. If WordPress has most of what you need already, then don't waste your time reinventing the wheel and just use it.

I think now is time to think what do you want to do, basic website, or websites applications

I don't like to create a WordPress site when I know how to do that from 0 and with my 100% design style.

Maybe you can learn some JavaScript frameworks like vue react or angular, and still improving your aknowledges
