Hi
If I wanted to start coding in Python, what IDE would be best to use?
Also, if I use IDE's, will the code still use an interpreter or only run once compiled?

When using IDEs the code will of course still be run by the interpreter.
As for which IDE you should use,
there are many.
Here are some good ones:
VSCode
PyCharm
Atom
Notepad++
But you can also explore the large market of IDEs for yourself.
