Are you using DreamWeaver? if so, select all the text in the editor, right click, and see if you can find a submenu that suggests to convert all spaces to tabs, or all tabs to spaces. Never mind this if you're using other editors : )

Crystal!! okay, well you didn't tag Python in question so I just went with a wild guess : ) I think there's a possibility that your code is indented with both spaces and tabs, I guess you know that in Python indentation means a lot to the interpreter, so it shows you that in order to ask you to be consistent with which character is used for code indentation. I'm sorry but I don't know how to check and convert spaces->tabs vice versa in other code editors, as adjacent spaces can mimic tabs, it is hard to tell which is what.
