Hey guys do you know other offline apps that teach programing?

None that go quite as in-depth as SoloLearn. Programming Hub is alright, but it's not the best. You can always download a PDF of a book, or the language documentation.

If you want to get started with animations, grasshopper is a fun app to play with.
I recommend to do the javascript course on sololearn first.
