Is there any way to see how courses have changed after being updated? When, if ever, should courses be re-completed or reviewed?

Is there a way to review a changelog (of courses, not the app) or see a list of changed lessons?

I ask because it feels odd to have a course that I completed update several times and still have all the lessons marked as complete. Is the content not changing?

Is there a point where I should redo the course lessons (for example, if only to stay relevant to community members who have only completed the updated course)?

If not, has anyone noticed major changes for the courses (any, but particularly C++)?

Just in case since I couldn't find it on my own, I have submitted a Feedback suggestion asking for a feature that highlights updates and changes (Sorry SoloLearn if I just missed it).
