Pleasee !!! AndroidStudio3.1.3. I get a build error "No server to serve request", pleasee help???

I haven't experienced that myself, but I did a little google search and this came up as the first result:

I'm not sure if that will help or not, but you should probably make a habit of googling your problem first before asking. Someone has probably had it before.
