I would like to know why in html course they begin by html 4 then he talked about the html 5, for me the nwest version is enough I need your reviews please

Yeah, I personally am fine with knowing both, but for beginners I think it's fairly safe to focus on HTML5 these days. There should be another lesson or series on cross-browser compatibility, vendor prefixes, backwards compatibility, shivs, etc. (which are all better after having a foundation in CSS and/or JavaScript). So my opinion is to hold off on the HTML 4 stuff. You'll also find some arcane things in the other lessons too. We've also since upgraded from Bootstrap 3 to 4.
