How can I get a job related to IT especially in web design and development here in philippines?

I am really wanted to have a job related to IT. I want to be a web designer and developer but all I know is just basic in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL and Photoshop. More than the compensation and benefits, I want to learn and develop more in this field. I try my best to find and search, until I don't have enough budget to go in Manila foe transportation. Need some advice and hope there is opportunity for a newbie like me. Thanks in advance.

it can be hard landing a developer gigg but u should try your luck with recruiter platforms

also try and get yourself a portfolio showing your work and link it to other platforms such as LinkedIn or twitter or whatever. Also consider joining Github a programmers community for hosting code, it can make u stand out as a professional also help u improve as a programmer
