Can I program AI and Machine Learning with C#? How?

Question

I don't like Python. Don't get mad at me. My favorite languages are C# and JS. Currently I do a lot of practices on C#. I really love it. I'm planning to learn Data Structures and Algorithms carefully.
I like watching Science-Fiction movies which includes drones, bots, and of course AI robots. So here is my problem: I need to be sure, that if C# has the the ability to program AI, then tell me it has, so I could be more hardworking with C#.
