Rabindra Adhikari you can try Qpython3 it is an offline and good app, it reads python and HTML files, I Use it, Its a free app

There is one app called AIDE(for Android development) . https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aide.ui It's bit weird and only a part of it is free but it works or even better for Java only from the same company https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aide.trainer.java It pretty good and works offline

developer.android.com contains tons tools, material and documents to download, including special IDE (Integrated Development Environment)

Using PC version of tools for Android is my personal choice. I dont find it handy to work with tools on Android itself.
