Js html canvas on win10 lockscreen

how can i use an HTML File as a win10 Lockscreen (Animation)? If that is not possible, is there a way to made a screensaver of it?

No, it cannot make window lockscreen and it also cannot make screensaver. JavaScript canvas is for web browsers contents and graphics usually.
