Ok, It's maybe the easiest language to learn and start with, but it's one of the oldest languages and it's hardly used this days.
It has the same name as an well known person!

anyways; the language i'm thinking of only has three commands and they're based on C error codes

Minecraft Destroyer HD it's an esoteric language called C-, where if you input a C code snippet that produces an error, it returns the error's code modulo 3, and depending on that, a specific command is executed.
