Can someone help me about Web programming?

I'm beginner in writing of Web programming but I love to learn it and I have some experience in writing window application (Java,vb.net) so I want to found some sourcing or some book or some guild in first step to coding Web programming ,What languages should me first to learn or read or self-learning? ,What tool(IDE) should me using to practice coding? . Thank you so much in your all guiding me. PS. I apologize about my english .

To start making websites, almost everyone starts with HTML, and then CSS and JavaScript. Try sololearn's html course:

Alternatively, codecademy and freecodecamp are also great resources.

As for the IDE, Visual Studio Code is probably your best bet. It has all sorts of features built in, and is also simple enough to use. You can also use it for other languages.

Brackets is also a relatively good option.

most user uses Visual studio community edition, i prefer that too, but there are many other choices, like eclipse, netbeans, code blocks, and many more.
