Quiz submit?

I want to create quiz in php but at that time i create one quiz for testing 2 weeks ago but cannot approve! Any one can tell me about how I can approve my quiz or lesson etc...

Your quiz question should be -
Valid,
Appropriate,
Non Redundant,
Proper structured,
Relevant.

My 30 quizzes got rejected because of lack of some of above points.
