How do I install pygame. I already have pygame application but when I go to my command prompt and I type in pip install pygame

1.9.4 it gives me a setup error and when I looked it up on the internet, they said I should download SDL 1.5.2, I downloaded it and it's still giving me the setup error. pls help. I use windows 7. and I have also updated my pip. I use python 3.7

Try downloading the file, then, prompt in command line pip install "file you downloaded"

It says Invalid Syntax and points at the second L in install
