Average time it takes you to develop a basic 5 page / 1 page layout website from scratch (from design, develop to launch)

Question

I am curious how long it takes other web developers to design and develop a website .
need answers from people who work solo (they do everything from design to developing and launch) and answers from people who work as a team (usually there is a designer, the developer n someone supervising the team etc...).

Please also specify the languages you use to create the website.

Solo: 2-4 weeks depending on the temperament and availability of the client. (These generally don't pay well enough on their own, so it's good to have a few of these going at a time.)

Team: Not generally applicable for this type of assignment. If it has a web app, it's no longer "basic" (in my opinion), so there really isn't a need for more than one person (e.g. a back end dev).

Languages: HTML, CSS, SCSS (my preference, I can use LESS too if there's a compelling reason), JavaScript ... occasionally jQuery, but most "basic" sites don't require much in the way of cross-browser compatibility.
