the thing is i am doing a web site in which i have to put the same format excel in that website where multiple people can make changes at once

Just make them use Google Sheets. It takes Google a big team of smart people to make that work and they still have a long way to go. I haven't kept up to speed in how far Microsoft Office products have been faring on the live editing side, but last I heard, you might be able to do it with co-authoring through One Drive.
