best languages for game development?

hi could someone please tell me what course i should take on sololearn if i want to do gamedevelopment.I've been lead to believe c++ is good but id be intrested to kow what others suggest.

c++, c#, java and python are all viable for game development. however the SL courses won't give you much of the necessary knowledge to make a game, so i suggest you look up tutorials on engines relating to whichever language you wish to use
