How to install sql command line on windows 10 pc?

I tried mysql community installer on my pc.i just get sql notifier along with database v8.0.please anyone explain in detail how to get command line installed along with setting required for win10.

1. Install XAMPP here:
https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html
2. Run XAMPP
3. Run Apache and MySQL
4. On your browser, type "localhost/phpmyadmin"
5. You can start creating databases.

You can install XAMPP. There is a sql commandline built into it.
