How to make a window on the screen using arrays and char characters of the ascii table?

Im starting off in my colleague class and this is a project. I can not use any method other than Scanner and String. The idea is to print in the screen a window using char characters of the ascii chart. I did a rough start but can only print the location in the memory or I get a outofboundexception

You never call entorno so borde is null and can't be accessed.
