Question

I want to make a lucky drawl program .
such that it declares winner or loser to the user .
My thinking is that i want to first create an Array and on that there will be 10 random created numbers using srand(time(0)) ;
And then people will select one position on that random created Array and if they get number lucky number , the fuction will cout "winner" unless cout "loser" .
