For example if someone want to write SRS (Software Requirement Specification),
there's std IEEE 830.

How about sequence diagram and other diagram related to software engineering?

there is no specific standards for case daigrams or any typed of daigrams but an overall standard is standing IEEE 260 which for standard letters and symbols.
