Why -xp points?

Hi!
Today I get extra daily xp points and I finished a lesson without any mistakes but afterall I get minus xp points.
Does anyone know why?

did you use any hints or unlocks? those cost xp

Maybe you have made some challenges and lost, it makes you lose xp points.

may be if you reset your course you will get a -xp points

They’ve just replied that they’ll check what’s going on. No response from that time, so I still don’t know what kind of issue I had experienced
