How to determine if a pc is dead or not?

How to determine if my PC is dead or alive? I mean it's not giving any indication... Only power light is on and the second light is never getting started. Pls. help me.

Does something turn on in the pc, like spinning fans or lights(except power)?

The Logo of itself doesnt appear and the power is not open. an easy one

Do you have a gpu? Or do you use integrated graphics?

This can literally be anything, try to exclude as many things as possible. I should start with the psu, then try a gpu for any reply
