What happened to java 11- is it going to be paid.??

i checked the oracle website
there are new linceses agreements
we cant make commercial programs with java
or cant use it for bussiness purposes

There will be two JDKs: OracleJDK and OpenJDK. Oracle will contribute to both, but will only support OpenJDK for six months (there will be other groups that continue support for longer), while supporting OracleJDK for three years. OracleJDK requires license when your program is published, OpenJDK won't.
tl;dr: Just use OpenJDK.
