How easier is it to learn Python as a PHP developer??

really really easy.
if you already learnt php, you already know programming concepts, what Python does is, it cut shorts those codes even shorter.
it has almost same oop concepts , loops, dynamically typed variable, which are same in both the languages
if you worked with web development of php, and MVC frameworks, you can get your hands on django after you learn python
