I didn't mean the Q&A discussions, just simply a post. Like if someone posted a pic, can I mark it for later?

Go into the post and click on the star. Left side below Post.

No, I don't think you can. I would use the water molecule icon to copy the link and paste it in a notepad app of some kind. (I use Keep.)
