How to motivate ourself to learn new technology?? I need suggestions to improve.......

I begin learning new technology, but at some point motivation level reduces and I will be struck in the middle. So learning process suddenly stops.......

Honestly, I have had this happen to me multiple times. I am fluent in 3 programming languages, and I am currently learning my fourth. There have been many times when I felt like giving up and felt no motivation to keep learning. One of the things that kept me going is looking at all of the awesome stuff that others created. I love seeing the different art people create, and those people make me want to learn how to do art. I love seeing how people can literally write their own video game. New and exciting games keep coming out, and it makes me want to learn a language that I can use to write my own, even if it's just as a hobby. I think there are several ways to stay motivated when trying to learn new things.

I like to maintain a positive outlook towards life, and I let myself be fascinated by EVERYTHING so I always want to learn new things. Be fascinated by the new technology that comes out all the time and think about how awesome it would be to create something small.

You can also do many other things like set goals for yourself when trying to learn something new. Once you accomplish a goal, reward yourself. If you accomplish a big goal, like learning a new language, then do something even better like trying a new, fun activity. Another thing I like to do to keep myself motivated is to read inspirational stories. Reading about what others have accomplished pushes me to realize that I too can accomplish something awesome.

Utkαrsh Don't you need motivation to do anything in life? Motivation could be the driving force behind doing something. If you want to survive and live a decent life, many people get jobs to earn money to do so.

Antsy Interest drives me not motivation , if you are not enjoying anything then forcefully motivating yourself is stupid .

Fear of being useless is better than motivational speeches to me
