What is the future of JS in your opinion?

I’ve been hearing a lot of different opinions about JavaScript. Some say who want to be around 20 years from now and some say it will improve and be better and better. What’re your thoughts on that?

JavaScript is now like a standard of the web development. All browser use it for client side operation, it's also used in Node.JS and Unity.

Translator to other languages exists. So I think that JavaScript will become more and more popular and be improved using the EcmaScript norm
