What Are Code Playground’s Limitations? (On an ipad)

Question

For instance with C++ I don’t see any interfaces or games from the community but just text programs. While from CSS and other languages there’s such cool looking programs with interfaces and sprites etc. I’m also on an ipad so i’m guessing most of that is done from a PC then uploaded?
