Whats the best language to learn after learning c++

The thing is you wont learn all C++ the language is always getting updated its best to learn and master the fundamentals not the language itself. But after that you should relate to the other C languages.

so you are confident you learned c++. Because working for 12 years in c++ i still consider myself a beginner ++.

You might find c# to be a breeze and very powerful. I based most of my Unity programming in c# and it never let me down.. That or JavaScript which is quite tasty as well and will have you learning html and css along the way. But I'm sure some could argue a case to opt for a different language altogether.

If you just want to learn programming and nothing else, Id say Java of C#. Javascript is also nice.
