Why we are not able to create all types of quiz. Like : radio button, finger movable fill in the blanks.

It is, I've created one(which is still pending though :/)

For radio button, when you select the correct answer for your designed question, only select the one which is correct while creating the question.
So when you preview it, it only has one right answer
