How to resolve problem about filling in test blank in order to calculate element total width?

Question

I have got a problem connected to calculations about TOTAL WIDTH OF THE WIDTH ELEMENT. I have made all possible
calculations metioned in test question blank but notting came of it.
That's why, I think there a problem connected with the test question.

160=left+right padding 5px
each +150px content area.
In my option that is CORRECT(160) , because it is according to theme about it.
at SoloLearn application.

About my code:

In my option it is applied to IF statement so just have to use exit statement to verify about errors at PHP (v.4).
