How to wipe hard drive memory dump from the drive

My computer runs really slow and when I search for something it dives into the memory dump pulling up garbage I know longer need. How can I permanently dispose of the dump?

You can use tools like CCleaner that make a general clean of your system (remove memory dumps also if relative option is checked)
