I know that it's not widely used in the industry, but you should think about developing a course on Matlab as engineers tend to use it often.

Most of the University projects are done and simulated with matlab..

Sololearn is targeted only on beginners. MATLAB used for data analysis and science. Apparently, beginners don't do that.

Before Matlab there should rather be courses on GO, Angular2, Bootstrap, Perl, etc
But thats just subjectiv ;)
