Linked List with Trains and Waggons.

Question

redirect the passenger's so that all Waggons are full. Delete the empty waggons.

Does anyone know how to redirect passenger's?

1)Check if wagon is full or not. If it is not, add passengers.
2)If it is, add to other wagon. And then loop
