Is html 5 much better then the previous version?

Always better, but few times really widely much better :P
Html5 comes with a lot of new elements and improvments, especially for medias contents, which are amazing of using usefulness, relativily to previous versions. And it's more clear, so easier to create/maintain, thanks to evolution too of both CSS and JS ;)
