How to make a Sign up form, Then Save the account; Without PHP, Just JavaScript Html Css?

So I want to make a website;
Its a kind of “Learn to code!” Websites;

But i want a account System,
so that i can track accounts.

How do you do it?
It may have SQL.

If you don't use PHP, you will want to use some other backend language to manage the endpoints and talk to your database. (If you like JS, you can use it on the backend through node.js or express.js.)
