I want to make a code need some help

Question

I want to make a methoud and call it calcAverage
And use a scanner so the user put the numbers so i dont know how to let it say( numbers of the array ) exameple to what i am saying the user put 5,7,8,9 5+7+8+9/4 (4) numbers maybe uaing rutern but still dont know how then print the result
