It's possible to OUTput text in SVG using <text> element: https://developer.mozilla.org/fr/docs/Web/SVG/Element/text
... but it's NOT possible to INput text in SVG, as itself is not designed to handle interactivity, until you integrate it inside another language, such as HTML/CSS coupled with few JS ^^
